His more than 25 years of financial industry experience spans roles as Insurance Agent, Insurance Agency Trainer, Personal Banker, Sales Professional, Director of Training, and Deputy Head of Retail Banking. His key competencies include corporate training, course development and management consultancy in sales and marketing, communication, customer service and supervisory management, especially for insurance and banking.

Joe’s recent corporate clients include Prudential Assurance Singapore, Malaysia & Vietnam, Tokio Marine Insurance, Manulife Singapore & Vietnam, HSBC Bank, OSO Securities Indonesia, iFast Investment Services, Maybank and Citibank.

Ashley has over 25 years of experience in the trust industry and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Liontrust Group, with overall responsibility for the group business. Liontrust provides trustee solutions, fund services and company administration services.

Prior to joining Liontrust, Ashley spent over 12 years with HSBC Trustee Singapore, taking senior roles in business development, client services and operations.

He is actively involved in advising high-net-worth client families on business succession planning and setting up family office structures. He is the immediate past Treasurer of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Singapore Branch, and now sits on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Trustee Association.

Fergus is an ACLP certified trainer and an established assistant vice president heading a highly productive team at one of Singapore’s leading financial advisory firms.

With stints in stockbroking, banking and technology firms, he brings a wealth of experience in public and private equity, as well as digital strategy and market launch execution.

Over recent years he discovered that even though FinTech is growing, there is still a gap in the personal finance and financial literacy space. He believes technology should be an enabler of financial advice, rather than a replacement for humans.

Peter is an experienced financial professional and an ACTA certified trainer with one of Singapore’s leading financial advisory firms.

In his core profession, Peter manages a team of financial planners and advises corporate and individual clients on insurance, investment and risk management solutions. He is a frequent speaker at financial seminars and conferences on Investment Technical Analysis, FinTech Innovations, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.

Between 2017 and 2019, Peter served as Co-Head of the Digital Currency Subcommittee of the Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association (ACCESS), piloting several consumer-centric outreach initiatives to promote greater awareness of the benefits of cryptocurrencies, understanding of their potential risks, and safe and responsible use.

He has been invited as a platform speaker at public seminars organised by financial and educational institutions including the Association of Financial Advisers Singapore, Singapore Exchange (SGX), DBS Innovation Group, CFA Singapore, ACCA Singapore and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Clement Tee brings three decades of financial services experience, most recently as Head of Wealth Distribution and Private Wealth. He held responsibilities in strategic planning, sales and operations management, and spearheaded strategic partnerships, leading bank growth and the wealth of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and business owners to greater heights.

Previously Clement spent 11 years with OCBC Bank, last holding the role of Cluster Manager managing Private Client-Family Office, Premier Private Client, Premier and Personal Banking. He pioneered the Premier Private Client set-up and gained recognition with a strong turnaround as a top achiever for individuals and teams on customer satisfaction.

Clement began his career as a Foreign Exchange Broker and rose to head the Regional Currency Desk. He joined the banking industry in 2002, progressing through leadership roles such as Branch Manager, Mortgage Mobile Team Head and Cluster Manager.

His expertise is founded on implementing strategy processes, developing value propositions, business partner collaboration and grooming outstanding employees. He is passionate about the future of emerging technology and life sciences megatrends, and about being an adult educator who pays it forward, helping groom the next generation of workforce and future leaders.
